Tips

We have had a few emails asking us what to bring to a crop, so we thought we would give you some quick tips.

1. make yourself a few scrapbook kits

Example

4-6 photos of the same related theme
(i.e. 1st birthday party)

1-2 piece(s) of Cardstock paper that compliments your photos

1-2 piece(s) of Pattern paper that compliments your photos

1-4 Embellishments that match the paper/theme

Embellishments - stickers, button, ribbon, gems, stamps etc....

Then place in a bag and you are ready to go and create a masterpiece! Make a few of these kits and you can create a few layouts during the crop.

2. Make yourself a scrapbookers survival kit
(good for every project)

1 - trimmer
1 - extra blades for trimmer
1 - scissor
1 - scotch tape
adhesive(glue stick, tape runners, photo tabs, glue dots...)
1 - pencil
1 - sharpener
1 - pad of paper or scrap paper
1-3 writing pens or markers (white, brown & black)
1 - ruler
1 - eraser

optional items
1 - paper piercer (a tool that makes a hole in your paper - ideal for brads)

1 - bone folder or Popsicle stick (used to place rub-ons on layout or to fold paper)

1 - stapler (mini or large)

1-3 ink pads (mini) i.e.. cat eyes (black, brown and light brown)

Good Luck Cupcakes!
